Mathias Pardo directed via Rita Film, Paris, this trailer for War on Screen, an international film festival for war movies which takes place next month in the Champagne region of France, world famous for its vineyards.
In this trailer, we see a military man presumably scolding and intimidating his soldiers who are off screen. The camera finally reveals that this angry sergeant is not talking to people but rather to the grapes in a vast vineyard, urging and imploring them to yield delicious sparking drops for bubbly.
War on Screen aims to highlight the relationship between war and cinema, in a broad sense.
This trailer came out of agency BETC, Paris, a partner and sponsor of the festival.

FCB Stays Atop The One Club’s Year-End Global Creative Rankings
FCB ended the year repeating its top positions in The One Club for Creativity’s Global Creative Rankings, with FCB New York again crowned Global Agency of the Year and FCB Global finishing as Agency Network of the Year for 2024.
