Two sister companies, The Board of Directors and Editorial Board, have launched with a collaborative and aligned mission: to deliver quality branded stories and advertising campaigns.
The Board of Directors is a collection of production and filmmaking talent which includes executive producer Brandon Tapp, director/creative director Adam Littke, and directors Ben Hoffman, Franco Garuti, Jeff Bednarz, Lan Freeman and Tom Ryan–all of whom come over from the Camp Lucky studio. The Board of Directors moniker is an ode to a new perspective on business where an open door welcomes all.
Editorial Board is a post and finishing house that, like its namesake, is where area experts come together to create distinctive perspectives through creative editorial, motion graphics, and finish. Senior editors Alex Heisterkamp, Elizabeth M. Stewart, Marc Stone and Sai Selvarajan are joined by sr. motion designer Seth Olson, sr. Flame artist Artie Peña, and executive producer Kendall Kendall. This full lineup of talent also consists of Camp Lucky alumni.
“Having the spirit and energy of a start up with depth of experience means that across the board we can get to the heart of what agency and brand clients need,” said The Board of Directors’ Tapp. “Our top priority is to provide a hands-on approach with simple elegance. As we evolve as an industry, it’s partnerships that will define the future.”
“In many ways, our approach is about the fundamentals,” added Editorial Board’s Kendall. “Being nimble and flexible by design, having processes that work for clients and our artists, and enjoying the collective and group nature of how we produce interesting content.”
With this holistic view, The Board of Directors and Editorial Board are where a global reach meets a neighborly approach for elevated experiences.
Representing the sister shops are Lisa Schreiber Naber with indie firm Boardalicious on the West Coast, Julie Koellner with Remedy for Central markets, Dani Jackson-Smith and Jenny Lumpkin with Cre8tors for the Midwest, and Carolyn Hill and Amanda Rosenberg of Carolyn Reps on the East Coast.
