Zocdoc has launched its 2025 brand campaign, โYouโve Got Options,โ which takes an exaggerated, humorous approach to conveying the joy of feeling in control of your health care.
Created by agency 72andSunny, โYouโve Got Optionsโ showcases the joy patients feel when theyโve found the right caregiver for them, despite the otherwise joyless circumstances. Underneath the satirical tone of each film lies a universal truth: The healthcare experience should make patients feel better, not worse, during their time of need.
The work simultaneously illustrates the plurality of providers across disciplines โ from general practitioners to dentists to eye doctors to mental health specialists.
Zocdoc is intentionally set up to give more power to the patient, offering verified patients reviews and giving them a breadth and depth of providers. This helps each patient find the provider who is just right for their particular needs.
Among the package of spots–directed by Adam & Dave via production companies Arts & Sciences and Salmon–is this one titled โCouples Therapy,โ the brandโs first about mental health care. A couple is shown finding common ground over finding a therapist on Zocdoc, yelling as if it were an over-the-top argument.

Martin de Thurah of Epoch Films directed this animated spot titled โSluggishโ for Wealthsimple. The ad follows a determined slug crossing a sidewalk, serving as a metaphor for the everyday challenges that accumulate on the path to achieving oneโs goals--financial or otherwise. The slug, who also serves as the narrator, provides cheeky commentary on his journey thus far and provides insight and wisdom to elevate the emotional stakes and strike a universally relatable tone.
โSluggishโ highlights how Wealthsimple understands both the practicalities of tackling financial challenges and the emotions of confronting them head-on. Director de Thurah captures the slugโs journey across the sidewalk with striking ground-level visuals that immerse audiences in his scaled-down world. Through a brilliantly delivered, direct-to-camera monologue, the slugโs dry humor and rich personality drive the story, transforming minor obstacles--faster creatures, cavernous sidewalk cracks, and irksome raindrops--into relatable metaphors for lifeโs challenges. When faced with a โboulderโ in his path, humorously revealed as a pocket-sized rock, the slug reflects on his struggles before triumphantly arriving on the other side.
โHearing the slug describe a rock as if it was some kind of impossible mountain reminds us that everything in life is in perspective,โ remarked de Thurah. โHuman life is an eternal struggle in which every challenge we overcome delivers us to the start of a new challenge. It sounds exhausting, and sometimes it is, but it is also filled with the tantalizing light of hope. That sense of slow progress--illusory or not--gives our lives purpose.โ
