How has your company been impacted by concerns over the coronavirus–or the virus itself if a worker or client has been stricken–in terms of business, your staff, client relationships?
From a production standpoint, all of our shoots have been canceled or postponed. We’re postponing shoots now to leave shoot dates TBD while bringing projects up to day of award.
Were you in the midst of a particular project when the coronavirus outbreak hit and how did you manage to deal with that situation?
We are continuing to bid projects and get them ready to shoot without locking in specific dates. We’ve also switched 4-5 jobs to animation and motion graphics being done remotely in home studios. All of our internal editing and motion design/animation stations are being operated remotely from home, using the strength of our servers at the office while giving artists at home full capabilities.
