1) We are finding a much greater dialogue between our clients and our studio. This is allowing for more creative freedom and a more fluid process. One could see it as greater pressure, but we like that sort of thing.
2) It’s in the nature of our studio to constantly research and experiment. This is what we are specialized in and what people expect from us.
We try not to adapt to the market and instead tend to focus on finding our own direction.
3) We made a promo for New York Fashion Week / E! that we are very proud of, especially because we drove the work from our aesthetic. We are finding that our clients are relying on our design and direction more and more, and this is allowing us to have more successful client work.
We always welcome clients with strong direction, but we find that we can deliver stronger success when we are able to maximize our expertise.
4) Hard to tell at this point, there are many new emerging technologies aimed at the consumer market that could translate in the professional world (as it’s been trend for a while), but we still have to see. One thing is for sure; there are more tools than uses for them at this point. The industry is moving away from “the big thing” and toward greater focus on the creative uses of all the “small and medium things.”
