Doe Anderson announces the launch of an integrated, new branding campaign for Carrier, featuring a new tagline “Total Comfort. Totally Happy.”
The Carrier brand is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), the leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable and intelligent building and cold chain solutions.
“As a brand in a utilitarian category, we sought to humanize the Carrier brand by bringing more meaning and relevancy to home comfort – the key benefit of Carrier Residential HVAC,” said Hannah Jezreel, Brand Planner for Doe-Anderson.
The rebranding work redefines home and shows how Carrier is an integral part of a comfortable and happy life. As the copy reads in one of two spots, “There is no place like home. Because home is where we’re totally comfortable. It’s where we can be ourselves and let our guards down. It’s where we make memories and dance and cuddle and love.”
Breaking the week of April 3rd 2023, the roll-out includes a highly targeted national YouTube campaign for those in-market for HVAC systems, ductless solutions, or general remodeling content. The new creative campaign also includes an integrated advertising toolkit with materials for local dealers to implement and develop lead generation throughout the country.
Carrier has been innovating HVAC since 1902 (when its founder, Willis Carrier, developed the first modern air conditioning system). Carrier was recently named the best HVAC company of 2023 by U.S. News & World Report's 360 Reviews team on March 20, 2023. This is the second consecutive year that Carrier ranked No. 1.
