Bold, swagger-filled tracks featuring authentic rap vocals from three different artists make this music ideal for sports promos, ads, e-sports events and trailers.
The energy is palpable. As playoffs approach and The Big Game looms at T minus 11 weeks, football fans, advertisers and promotion execs alike can feel it. And now they can HEAR it too – ALIBI Music has captured the raw energy and hype of the game in “Sports Hip Hop,” the production music company’s newest album release.
“Sports Hip Hop” is a bold collection of confident and powerful hip hop tracks, packed full of swagger and attitude. Trap-style hat bursts, deep 808 subs and epic drums combine with aggressive brass stabs and triumphant anthemic leads to create the perfect soundtrack to high-stakes sporting showdowns. Every track also features full lyrical rap vocals, with three very different artists lending their own distinct vibes to the energy. Listen HERE.
The album was composed and produced by Chuck Creese, who worked closely with rappers The Audible Doctor, Keybeaux and Lil Rome to bring “Sports Hip Hop” to life.
“All three of them brought something different to the table,” explained Creese. “What I really like about The Audible Doctor’s style is that he is through-and-through hip hop! He has the perfect style for old-school hip hop, but can also do more modern hip hop/trap. Good examples of this can be heard on the tracks 'Orchestra of Your Ending' and 'Ignition,' which turned out to be my favorite track on this album.”
Creese turned to Keybeaux for his charisma, expressive vocals and adaptive ability to flow through various genres.
“Keybeaux has an extremely good ear for recognizing lyrical content that fits the feel of the track,” Creese said. “A good example of this would be for the track 'Adrenaline.' When creating the music for this, I envisioned a close-up of someone running with sweat and grit on their face, but never stopping, like a juggernaut. Keybeaux came back with lyrics based around the feel of what was intended for this track — high energy and full of adrenaline.”
ALIBI then introduced Creese to up-and-coming vocalist, Lil Rome.
“This allowed me to add another new dynamic to the album, which was more of a modern and current sound, as well as an essence of swagger and attitude to the tracks. That was a key ingredient this album needed a lot of, and Rome slotted into that role absolutely perfectly,” Creese added.
Authentically performed, and masterfully produced, “Sports Hip Hop” is ideal for sporting promos, commercials and E-Sports events, as well as high-octane action trailers.
In addition to “Sports Hip Hop,” ALIBI Music offers extensive playlists for The Big Game and the College Bowl Games.

AICP’s Demographic Reporting Initiative Expands Categories To Reflect Client and Agency Requests
AICP has announced that an updated template for its Demographic Reporting Initiative is now available. Originally launched in October of 2021, the Demographic Reporting Initiative allows production companies to provide their advertiser and agency clients with insight into the demographic makeup of the people on the crews of their commercials and brand content. As with version 1.0, the 2.0 iteration was prepared in cooperation with a consortium of industry payroll companies. This updated version of the Demographic Reporting initiative has greatly expanded the listing of gender identity categories, and added the ability for production staff to include their veteran status in the U.S. Armed Forces. These reports will provide AICP member production companies with anonymous and voluntarily provided breakdowns on these demographic categories, which can in turn be shared with agencies and advertisers upon request. More information on the Demographic Reporting Initiative can be found on the AICP website here. The updated Demographic Reporting Initiative framework was revised as a result of a continued push from marketers for this information, noted Sheila R. Brown, AICP’s Vice President, Equity & Inclusion. “The demand for demographic information from marketers directly and their advertising agencies continues to grow,” Brown notes. “As our communities become more diverse, the yearning to know the make-up of the production crews increases. And in our continuing goal to be more inclusive, we also wanted to offer our production crews more options to self-identify. The addition of more gender identity options, and the option to indicate whether an individual is a veteran or... Read More
