The AICP Awards' national tour continues with a stop in Atlanta, where a selection of top winners from AICP’s three competitions–The AICP Post Awards, the AICP Next Awards, and the AICP Show: The Art & Technique of the Commercial–will be screened and discussed by a panel of industry leaders from the city’s advertising and production community.
The event takes place at the Woodruff Arts Center in the Rich Theater. It kicks off with cocktails at 6 pm, followed by the AICP Awards Presentation at 7:30, and concludes with an after party starting at 9 pm at 5Church Midtown. Tickets may be purchased here.
In addition to a screening of the top winners across the three AICP Awards competitions, a panel of industry creative and production leaders will provide insights into the work and offer their forecasts for future trends.
The panel includes Ashley Andrews, VP, Group Creative Directory, Wunderman Thompson; Justin Benoliel, executive producer, Object & Animal; Chris Breen, chief creative officer, Chemistry; Robin Fitzgerald, chief creative officer, BBDO Atlanta; and Cisco Newman, co-founder, executive producer, The Funnel Creative.
“It’s an honor to have the AICP Awards presentation return to Atlanta. With a new and more dynamic format for the show, we believe the local industry will really enjoy the presentation more than ever. We’ve got an amazing group of panelists lined up and are excited to showcase the artistic excellence of our winners,” said Tabitha Mason-Elliott, partner and head of production at BARK BARK, vice chairperson of the AICP National Board of Directors and president of the AICP Southeast Chapter.
The Atlanta screening will be followed by additional AICP Awards events coming up in San Francisco on October 12, in Dallas on November 3 and in Chicago on November 17.
