Independent agency Sukle Advertising & Design has hired three senior executives, Founder and Creative Director Mike Sukle announced today. Newly minted Vice President Scott Sibley, Associate Creative Director Jeff Euteneuer, and Controller Heidi Moore all report to Sukle and will work out of the Denver office.
Sukle is a shop that believes in using creativity to solve clients’ challenges. It partners with brands and nonprofits to develop smart, strategic ideas and delivers them in ways that make people stop and notice. Most recently, the agency teamed with the Colorado Broadcasters Association to launch ReBoot Colorado, an integrated statewide effort to drive customers to local businesses and independent restaurants recovering from the economic crisis brought on by COVID-19.
Sibley believes the best work comes from authenticity, collaboration and creative thinking. He was most recently VP of Marketing at Punch Bowl Social, one of Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies for 2019, and the founder of Capital Goods, a strategy and creative agency based in Denver. Other agency experience includes Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B), DDB, Publicis, and Victors & Spoils, where he amassed invaluable experience working with clients in the lifestyle, outdoors, CPG, tourism and hospitality sectors. As a veteran of advertising and marketing, Sibley will bring his deep knowledge of brand strategy to Sukle along with an expertise in content/storytelling and the power of creativity.
“Scott brings a wealth of knowledge from working on some of the most successful lifestyle brands in the world, and this experience will immediately elevate the work we’re currently doing with Generation Wild and Volunteers of Colorado,” explained Sukle, who has long been a fan of Sibley’s work. “Having been a client-side CMO will bring additional depth to our thinking, and clients tend to follow him; that says a lot about Scott—and the value he brings to their business.”
Euteneuer, who hails from Minneapolis, has worked in-house and freelance for Denver’s finest agencies as a creative or art director on brands such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Copper Mountain, Winter Park Resort, SCARPA, The North Face, Denver Water, Wyoming Department of Health, Great Outdoors Colorado, and Nestlé Purina. And, his efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. In fact, he has more award hardware on his trophy shelf than most Olympians.
Euteneuer adds a unique mix of design and art direction skills to the agency, which Sukle says is an important driver of client business.
As controller, Moore brings a higher level of expertise to Sukle, and her years of financial experience will help the shop manage it’s growth—and excel. Most recently, Moore was CFO at real estate company Lokal Homes, and she was previously controller of legal services company MPEG for nine years.
“Heidi’s skills go beyond finances, Sukle said. “She is a smart, entrepreneurial business person, and we can never have too many of those.”
Launched in 1995, Sukle Advertising & Design is celebrating its 25th birthday this year. It measures success by quantifying results and building value for clients. Its roster includes Irvine Ranch Water District, Great Outdoors Colorado, Cody Yellowstone, The City of Denver, and Volunteers for Colorado.
