Advertising agency Camp + King has appointed three executives to its talent roster, partner/CEO Jamie King, announced today. Dan Depew, Garrett DeLorm and Paige Robertson work out of the shop’s Presidio office.
Art Director Dan Depew is a 2018 San Francisco transplant from Boulder. Previously an editorial and commercial photographer, Depew switched over to advertising in 2014. He has worked as an art director and sometimes writer for agencies such as CP+B, Muhtayzik Hoffer and Saatchi & Saatchi on accounts including Audi, Dominos, Fruit of The Loom, Hotels.com, Infiniti, Kraft, Lays, Newport Beach Film Festival, March of Dimes, Mazda and Velveeta. Depew’s work has been recognized by the 4A’s, Cannes Lions, Creativity and The One Club. His dog, Chief, joins the agency as a dog. He reports to Creative Director Rikesh Lal.
Hawaii native Garrett DeLorm left paradise to attend college at Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and since graduation, he’s navigated his 14-year advertising career toward snow-free locales. The Senior Producer has worked on some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Apple, MINI USA, Levi’s, Nike Air Jordan and Columbia Sportswear. DeLorm’s experience spans all forms of production—from throwing a living room out of an airplane to building a retro video game and managing 2,000 hours of live content—but it’s all built around creative problem solving. He reports to Stacy McClain, Camp + King’s Director of Content Production.
Senior Strategist Paige Robertson learned the ropes on TBWAChiatDay’s Gatorade account and helped win a couple new biz pitches along the way. In true millennial fashion, Robertson went on to hone her social media skills at FOX sports, helping FUEL TV relaunch as the hub of UFC programming. During her five-year career at entertainment/tech agency 215 McCann in San Francisco, she used her passion for ideas and problem solving to help develop winning strategies and campaigns for brands like Hulu, Pandora and Workday. Outside Camp + King, Robertson can be found at a concert, in a park or being bossed around by her English bulldog, Pancakes. She reports to David Morrissey, Camp + King’s Strategy Director and Head of Communications Planning.
