Audio post-production studio Eleven has welcomed Chef Gary W. Sims to their boutique family, a wondrous culinary talent that showcases his mastery of craft visually and tastefully with every creation.
“Gary is bringing his high-level food game everyday, and we love him for it,” shares Founder/Mixer Jeff Payne. “He is incredibly creative within the realm of food / nutrition and passionate about that creativity – the fact that he is also an all-around swell human is a huge plus!”
“I’m so excited to be a part of the Eleven team,” says Gary. “As an avid athlete from a young age, I genuinely miss the familial feeling that can bloom from such a collaborative environment. I’m grateful to have that feeling back while fueling their stomachs and hopefully their hearts.”
An accomplished chef with experience in menu planning and preparation for various food outlets, Chef Gary spent years immersed in the culinary worlds of Spago Beverly Hills, NOLA’s “A Taste of New Orleans,” Kimora Lee Simmons and Gary Winston Culinary Services.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Chef Gary join the team,” raves Executive Producer Melissa Elston. “Not only is his food mouth-watering and flavorful, it’s also Instagram worthy. Chef Gary adds a special flavor to Eleven that I highly recommend everyone experience such creative culinary talent firsthand.”
In light of the holiday season, Chef Gary shares one of his favorite holiday recipes that stand as a family staple – his infamous Kris Kringle cookies:
1 cup – softened butter
1 cup – sugar
2¼ cups – all-purpose flour
1 cup – white chocolate chips
1 cup – dried cranberries
1 teaspoon – baking soda
½ teaspoon – salt
2 teaspoons – pure vanilla extract
2 – large eggs
