The Mill has added Christina Thompson to the New York Mill+ team as executive producer.
Building on her extensive experience both on the agency and production sides, in addition to her knowledge of VFX, Thompson will be a driving force in the development of The Mill’s end-to-end production offering in New York.
Thompson started her career as a producer at Ogilvy, where she managed large scale productions for brands such as American Express, Kraft & Dupont. She then made her way to the West Coast to work on the postproduction side of advertising, producing for The Mill in Los Angeles.
During her previous tenure at The Mill, Thompson cultivated relationships with big brands such as Nike, Old Spice and Facebook, before joining The Brooklyn Brothers creative agency as head of production.

The Gotham Film & Media Institute has announced that Academy Awardยฎ-winner Angelina Jolie will receive the Performer Tribute for her performance as Maria Callas in Pablo Larrainโs upcoming film Maria, at the 34th edition of The Gothams, taking place on Monday, December 2, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. The tribute will honor Jolieโs rendition of legendary opera singer Callas.
