THE SPOT
In "Winners" (:30), kaleidoscopic images of actual Oregon Lottery winners’ heads and torsos create a psychedelic look. Individual heads leap out like popcorn kernels exploding, while several heads form a snowflake-like pattern. The spot also shows a spiral of scratch-off tickets before settling on wallpaper of peoples’ heads, as the title card states that there were "over thirty-four million lottery winners last year … but who’s counting?"
