Young & Rubicam (Y&R) is restructuring its North American agency network. Michael Patti will now be vice chairman, focused on global creative; he had been worldwide creative director and chairman/CEO of Y&R, New York. Matt Eastwood is now executive creative director for New York.
MDC Partners, headquartered in Toronto, has purchased a 68 percent stake in agency VitroRobertson, San Diego.
Kevin Moehlenkamp is joining Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, as executive VP/executive creative director. He had been the lead creative on the Microsoft account at McCann-Erickson, San Francisco.
Craig Cooper has joined DDB Dallas as executive creative director. He was most recently executive VP/creative director at agency Flavour, Toronto.
Todd Grant has joined Publicis West, Seattle, as senior VP/creative director. He joins the agency from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, where he was part of the team that created the famed Budweiser lizards.
