THE SPOT
Two commercials show a St. Joseph aspirin bouncing on top of onscreen type, which is comprised of words from "Pump Your Blood," a song from the Happy Days episode "Potsie Quits School" in which Potsie (Anson Williams) uses music to study for an exam ("The right atrium’s where the process begins, where the C02 blood enters the heart. Through the tricuspid valve to the right ventricle…"). "Pump/Verse 1" (:30) features the complete tune, while the :15 lift "Pump" focuses on only that word and finally "pump your blood." The spots end with the tagline, "America’s original. For the heart."
Spot broke in June.
