THE SPOT
"Family Affair/Jack’s Grill" (:30) opens in a T.G.I. Friday’s restaurant where a man is hanging out at the bar with his buddies. He is surprised when he hears his wife’s distinctive laughter from across the room, and discovers her sitting in a nearby booth with her friends. The man heads over to his wife and asks her who is watching their children; she responds that they are with her mom. Then they notice grandma with the kids sitting in a booth, enjoying their T.G.I. Friday’s meals. The spot showcases a Jack Daniel’s Grill promotion, as well as the new Jack Daniel’s Burger, and ends with the tagline, "Everyone could use more Friday’s."
Spot broke in late September.
