THE SPOT
In "Directions," a woman driving along a highway uses her Motorola phone to call her husband—the offensive coordinator for the Oakland Raiders—to ask what exit she should take. Sitting in the coordinator’s box and wearing a Motorola headset, the coach attempts to give his wife directions and call the game at the same time, resulting in chaos on the field. Fortunately for the coach, his odd play calling results in a large offensive lineman taking a pass and rumbling down the field and into the end zone for a touchdown.
