A man stretches and genuflects in front of a mirror in a public restroom. He puts on a game face and starts to talk to his reflection, as if to prepare for a confrontation of some sort.
"What’s the problem here," he says to his imaginary opponent. "I’m a valued customer. What? This should be a slam-dunk. I can’t wait around here for—" The man stops in mid-sentence when he hears a toilet flush.
Next, we see him walking through a building hallway, his game face on and his posture resolute. He enters an office where a friendly-looking businessman is seated behind a desk. Before our guy from the restroom can say a single word, the businessman informs him, "I’m happy to say you’ve been approved for the loan, Stan."
Stan is dumbfounded, as his preparation in the restroom has turned out to be totally unnecessary. Not expecting the confrontation to go so smoothly, his face can only register befuddlement.
Graphics fill the screen: "fast, easy loan approvals," followed by the Forum Credit Union logo and the slogan, "Your money. Your voice."
