Visual Music’s Annual “Artist Hang” included dinner and a screening of the latest James Bond film Spectre at The Arclight Theater in Sherman Oaks. The seminal “bonding” event was attended by composer Gray Bashew, creative director Tom Seufert, vocalist Cheyenne Jolene, composer Tim Kelly, Karmina’s Kelly Adams, composer Dean Grinsfelder, Karmina’s Kamille Rudisill and composer Damien Heartwell.
Seufert has worked with Spectre composer Thomas Newman (as a synthesist and sound designer) on some of his early films including Man With The One Red Shoe (Starring Tom Hanks) and Jumping Jack Flash (Starring Whoppi Goldberg). Composer Dean Grinsfelder is an Emmy® Award Winner who has recently scored multiple projects for Disney via Visual Music, as has composer Damien Heartwell. Alternative artist KARMINA's transcendent arrangements and haunting vocal harmonies have appeared on major television shows including Reign, Pretty Little Liars, Shameless, Ravenswood, CSI:NY, Switched At Birth, and How I Met Your Mother among others. Composer Tim Kelly has scored two Emmys® for his work on Animaniacs and Hysteria and is currently scoring Warner Brothers Lego animated series. Gray Bashew recently completed scoring his second season of Drunk History. Cheyenne Jolene is one of the lead singers of alternative soul group We Are The Big Bang.
