Marketing Agency Camp + King (C+K) has added two to its creative team, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Roger Camp announced today.
Senior Art Director Ali Sooudi joins C+K from San Francisco shop Venables Bell & Partners. A 2010 graduate of Creative Circus, Sooudi has created campaigns for Conoco, 76 Gas, Google and Taco Del Mar.
Copywriter Erik Gonzalez most recently worked at AKQA where he worked on the Apple, Google, Levi’s accounts. He has also worked on creative teams at Mistress, Wieden + Kennedy and RPA. He is a graduate of Art Center College of Design.
Sooudi and Gonzalez will report to Creative Directors Rikesh Lal and Jesse Dillow and work across the C+K client roster, which includes Dish Network’s Sling TV, Del Taco, the Hershey Company’s Scharffen Berger and Google.
“We met a ton of great candidates but fell in love with Erik and Ali,” said Camp. “Although it's difficult to tell them apart I'm starting to realize that Ali is the one that always looks like he's judging you and Erik is the guy that smiles way too much. It's a little unsettling actually.”
