Company 3 is excited to welcome Ashley McKim to her new role as EP. She will be based in Santa Monica and report to Chief Marketing Officer Bill Romeo as she builds and expands the company's commercial finishing business in the Southern California market. McKim comes to Company 3 from a very successful tenure at Cutters, where she worked with award-winning editors, building agency relationships; led marketing and sales initiatives; and developed new business opportunities for the global editorial house as well as its partner companies.

Prior to Cutters, McKim also held a similar role at Hybrid Edit and served as EP and Head of Sales at Beef Films and Chop House Post, where, as partner, she finely honed her entrepreneurial abilities. McKim comes from a background of advertising, marketing and media relations.
