The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) 20th Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards honoring production design in theatrical motion pictures, television, commercials and music videos will take place on Sunday, January 31, 2016, in the International Ballroom of the Beverly Hilton Hotel, it was announced today by ADG President Mimi Gramatky, Council Chair Marcia Hinds and Production Designer Executive Producer James Pearse Connelly.
The entry and voting timeline for the ADG Awards are:
Tuesday, October 6, 2015 – Submissions Open at www.adg.org
Thursday, November 5, 2015 – Submissions Close
Monday, December 14, 2015 – Online Voting for Nominations Begins
Monday, January 4, 2016, 5 PM (PST) – Online Voting for Nominations Closes
Tuesday, January 5, 2016 – Nominations Announced
Thursday, January 7, 2016 – Final Online Voting Begins
Thursday, January 28, 2016, 5 PM (PST) – Final Online Voting Ends
Sunday, January 31, 2016 – Winners Announced at ADG Awards

Honorees for Lifetime Achievement, Cinematic Imagery and new inductees into the Guild's Hall of Fame will be announced after Labor Day.
ADG Awards are open only to productions, when made within the U.S., by producers signatory to the IATSE agreement. Foreign entries are acceptable without restrictions.
