THE SPOTS
"Nation of Civics" pays tribute to Honda Civic owners across the country. The :30 features hundreds of "tuners"—vehicles customized by their owners showcasing the latest in accessories and upgrades—driving their Civics single file from New York City through the farmlands of middle America and to the palm tree-laden boardwalks of California. More cars join the caravan along they way, until the closing shot pans out to reveal thousands of Civics racing across the Mojave Desert in a choreographed V-formation. "Sweet in the Morning" features a couple in a Honda Accord on a quest to capture the sunrise from a hilltop overlook. The two drive through dark, moonlit streets, finally arriving at their destination just as the sun arcs into the sky, casting a glow on the couples’ faces.
