THE SPOT
"Driver’s License" showcases AOL’s instant messenger function, which is now available on VoiceStream Wireless cell phones. The :30 opens on a monkey named Phil sitting at a laptop in a jungle setting. He receives an instant message from the cell phone of his pal Hank, letting him know that he’s passed his driving test. Hank, who’s phoning from the DMV, steps up to get a license photo and, like everyone else, is unhappy with the results.
