LOS ANGELES -- (SPW) -- Riptide Music Group President Rich Goldman was a featured Guest Speaker on three panels during the just concluded 2014 Cutting Edge Conference. The event was held August 21-23 at the InterContinental Hotel in New Orleans. Riptide Music Group is a "sync-flavored" global publishing administration company with services that include the worldwide synchronization of music for advertising, movie trailers, television, film and videogames.
Goldman appeared on these panels: "Licensing Music for Film/TV/Video Games," which covered what's new in sync licensing; "Music Supervising: The Anatomy of a Song Placement," which covered the process of how to get one's client's music into TV, film and commercials; and "Publishing Income: How to Build Pennies into Dollars," which covered the sources of income for publishers and how attorneys can best advise their clients to avail themselves of these sources.
