Entrants from 19 countries received 120 awards in the 2014 US International Film & Video Festival, including 16 First Place Gold Camera Awards, 39 Silver Screen Awards, 64 Certificates for Creative Excellence and a Student Certificate. Twelve entries were nominated for Best of Festival.

United States
U.S. entrants won 19 awards, including two First Place Gold Cameras. One Gold Camera went to "Journey to the South Pacific,” by MacGillivray Freeman Films, Laguna Beach, Calif. This film won in Film/Video/Digital: Documentary Feature and also was nominated for a Best of Festival-Documentary. KaneStar Productions, Ottawa, Ill., won a Gold Camera for "Something of Love: A Tribute to Roger Amm" in Television: Documentary Arts Programs.
Mountain View Group Ltd., Schenectady, N.Y., received a Silver Screen Award for “FastWorks Sketch Video" in Communications: Employee/Internal and a Certificate for Creative Excellence "Finding Their Freestyle" in Specialty Productions. National Gallery of Art, Landover, Md., won a Silver Screen Award for "George Bellows" in Film/Video/Digital Documentaries and a Certificate in the same category for a Short, "Joan Miro: The Ladder of Escape."

The competition's single Student Award went to John Taschner, a student at Mater Dei High School, Newport Beach, Calif., for "Life's A Dive." The film includes historic and archival footage, old home movies and underwater photography shot in Hawaii and the Pacific by Taschner, who narrates a story about the top secret World War II radio missions of his grandfather and reflects on the ideological threads that bind the filmmaker and his grandfather together across time and oceans.
United Kingdom
UK entrants earned 18 awards. Quite Frankly Productions, London, won a Gold Camera Award in Craft/Production Techniques: 3D for "Omega Speedskater" and a nomination for Best of Festival-Corporate. Quite Frankly received a Certificate for Creative Excellence in Fundraising Development for "Educate a Child."
The Edge Picture Company, London, won Gold for "Children of the World," which also received Silver Screen Awards in Corporate Social Responsibility/Non-Profit and in Specialty Productions, and a Certificate in Public Relations and a nomination for Best of Festival-Educational.
Jack Morton Worldwide, London, earned a Silver Screen Award in Specialty Productions for "Prudential Pan-Asia Film Festival Opener," which also captured a Certificate in Advertising/Marketing: Business-to-Consumer. The agency earned additional Certificates for "Jack Morton Turns 75" and "Jack Morton: The Experience Journey," both in Craft/Production Techniques: Animation, and a third Certificate for Creative Excellence "Lundbeck Opening Film" in Communication: Employee/Internal-Oriented.

Kemper received a Certificate for Creative Excellence "Porsche at Lemans 2013."
Winning Silver Screen Awards were Azzato Photography, Frankfurt am Main, for "The Key by Mayk Azzato" in Advertising/Marketing: Business-to-Consumer; Screencraft Entertainment GmbH, Munich, for "Close" in Communications: Employee, and Westdeutscher Rundfunk, Cologne, for "The Son Who Never Was" in Television: Documentary History. Westdeutscher Rundfunk received Certificates for "Pinocchio" in Television: Family and "The Joy of Life" in Television: Documentary, Health.

A Gold Camera Award went to Pophunters Film & TV AB, Uppsala, in Professional Development & Continuing Education for "Threats & Violence," also a nominee for Best of Festival-Educational. Pophunters earned Certificates in Communications: Employee/Internal-Oriented for "A Better Life for the Ill Elderly" and in Intermediate/Middle School for "ESCAPE."
Edithouse Film Works, Gothenburg, earned Certificates for "Concept Estate" in Public Relations and for "Sweden The Movie" in Specialty Productions. Twelve awards, including two Gold Camera Awards, went to three entrants from Japan. NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation), Tokyo, received a Gold Camera for "Adrift in Old Age" in Television Documentary: Social Issues. This work also was nominated for Best of Festival-Documentary. NHK won Silver Screen Awards, for "Bomb Survivors: Fighting an Endless Assault" in Television Documentary: Health, Medical; for "Math Detective ZERO: Trick of Time" in Primary/Elementary School, and "The Book of Tears" in Television Documentary: Arts. Certificates were earned for "BrainFlash!" in Television: Entertainment, Family; "Legends of the Deep: The Giant Squid" in Television Documentary: Nature; "Nozy's Idea Workshop" in Pre-School, Kindergarten; "Radio" in Television: TV Movie, and "The Art of Laughter: Kentaro Kobayashi's World" in Television: Performing Arts.
Fuji Television Network, Inc., Tokyo, captured a Gold Camera Award for "The Nonfiction: Twilight Poem-An Elite Shaken to Their Core" in Television: Documentary, Social Issues and a Best of Festival-Documentary nomination. Entrants from Quezon City, The Philippines, won 10 awards, including two First Place Gold Cameras. GMA News TV (GMA Network Inc.) won Gold Camera Awards for "Brigada (The Brigade): Gintong Krudo (Black Gold)" in Television Documentary: Social Issues, and for "Wagas: Mga kuwento ng Totoong Pag-ibig (Eternal Real-Life Love Stories) in Television: Docudrama. This work was nominated for Best of Festival-Documentary.
