Bang Zoom! Entertainment, Inc., a leading, award-winning full-service audio post production company, announces the acquisition of a second studio facility to notably expand its scope of operations and increase services, workflow output and overall capabilities to clients including Hollywood Studios, TV/cable networks, video game developers, animation studios and distributors, independent filmmakers, and international media entities.
The new facility is located at 4720 W Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA, in the space that was the former home to Oracle Post. Bang Zoom! will utilize the studio for 7.1, 5.1, and 2.0 audio mixing, as well as ADR, ensemble recording, editing and color correction.
The spacious 7,614 square foot facility boasts a total of 6 stages, 2 recording booths, capable of being controlled and linked from any mixing room within the facility, as well as a 7.1 mixing stage, a 5.1 mix stage, and two smaller 5.1 mix / recording suites. Also available is a large, multi-mic recording stage capable of accommodating up to 16 actors simultaneously.
Notable embedded technology includes Icon Consoles, Pro Tools, Avid Nitris with Media Composer, and robust networking throughout the facility courtesy of an Avid Isis 7000 Server. A fully-equipped DaVinci Color Correction suite is also available on-site. Client amenities include a Viking custom kitchen along with a light and spacious café area.
The location of the new Bang Zoom! studio has a storied legacy, credited with scores of award-winning TV series, feature films and video game titles when it was Oracle Post.
