Bicoastal design studio Scout has added prominent producer Stephanie Balint as Executive Producer. Balint joins Scout’s expanding team led by former-Superfad Creative Directors Brian Drucker and Chace Hartman.
Most recently with Palma Pictures, International, Balint brings a wealth of production knowledge having worked with award-winning directorial talent including Todd Field, Errol Morris, Tim Burton and Douglas Avery to name a few. Since joining Scout, Balint has produced jobs for Verizon, Shea Moisture and others.
Notes Balint, “I'm thrilled to be working with Chace, Brian and the incredible team here. It’s a wonderful opportunity for all of us to use our combined talents and build a great animation studio. I’m excited to bring my experience to projects that integrate both design and live-action.”
Balint got her start in the industry as an agency producer, spending several years at DDB Needham before moving over to live-action production to feed her creative desire to collaborate with directors and artists. She served as Head of Production for Elite Films and Chelsea Pictures, before transitioning to Executive Producer at Industrial Artists and later A BAND APART.
Expanding her international production acumen, Balint recently consulted for leading production services company Palma Pictures. There, she developed her worldwide contacts while bringing in projects for top brands including Captain Morgan, alongside Anomaly and director Todd Field of Smuggler, as well as Visa with the directing team Traktor.
