THE SPOT
"Solar System" opens on a bowl filled with Reese’s Pieces, which magically begin to elevate and swirl in the air. The candy heads over to E.T., who’s sitting at a kitchen table, as the voiceover points out that viewers can obtain a free ticket to see the re-release of the classic movie by purchasing Reese’s candies (Pieces, Sticks, Bites). The :30 ends with E.T. pointing his famous lit-up finger toward the still-airborne Pieces and saying, "Good."
Spot broke in February.
