Rhythm + Hues Commercial Studios has signed broadly talented director Tony Petrossian, whose live action and VFX prowess is evident on acclaimed work for both brands and bands. The director has helmed spots for Nike, McDonaldʼs, Subway and Sony Ericsson among others, while his award-winning music video work for artists such as Taking Back Sunday, Rise Against, Slipknot, Ludacris, and DMX highlights his keen sense of storytelling.
With expertise on set and in effects and such a diverse reel, the decision to add Petrossian to the company roster was an easy one for R+H Executive Producer Paul Babb. “Tony really knows what heʼs doing, his work proves it,” explained Babb. “Weʼre thrilled heʼs come onboard. Heʼll do great things with all the tools available to him here at Rhythm.”
The director sees the move to R+H as a prime opportunity. “As a director, I am always looking to push myself and expand creatively,” said Petrossian. “R+H has a well-earned reputation for exploring creative frontiers so I know this is the place for me to be.”
