Beginning with “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close” (Warner Bros/Paramount) and “The Wettest County (Annapurna Pictures) early in 2011, <a href="www.codexdigital.com.>Codex Digital has seen a huge demand for ARRIRAW recording for feature film projects worldwide.

As part of their ongoing collaboration with ARRI, <a href="www.codexdigital.com.>Codex Digital‘s engineers have ensured that Codex recorders and data packs are able to record higher ARRIRAW frame rates, utilizing existing technology. The Codex ARRIRAW PLUS recorder is now able to record ARRIRAW at up to 60 FPS, as well as two channels of ARRIRAW at up to 30 FPS. Codex recorders can also be used with the new ARRI Alexa Studio camera and are currently be used in this fashion on the new James Bond movie "Skyfall" with cinematography by Roger Deakins, ASC, BSC.
