    The McCormick House: See it. Save it.

    Famed mid-century architect Mies van der Rohe designed legendary pieces all over the world, from the barcelona chair to the Seagram Building on Park Avenue, but he built only three homes in America. nnOne of them, the McCormick House, now resides at the Elmhurst Art Museum as part of their permanent collection. In an effort to raise funds for its restoration, the museum commissioned Karen Carter to direct a film about the house’s history. nnFoundation was fortunate enough to become a part of the project when Carter approached Christina Stumpf to edit the piece with R. Kyle Shoup and Jennifer Moody designing the graphics. The film debuts next Friday, November 4th at the museum’s benefit, Soiree and the Silver Screen. nnnnIn support of the restoration, Foundation secured tickets for clients and associates who would like to attend.
