With the announcement of new leadership in both creative and project management, the New York independent shop is positioning itself for continued growth.
Hank Kosinski joins the agency as Partner/Executive Creative Director. Beginning his career as an art director at Goodby Silverstein in San Francisco, he continued to create award-winning work at Lowe, Merkley, and McCann in NYC. Within the industry, he is known for his creative solutions on major brands such as Heineken, UPS, Mercedes, Got Milk? and many others. Hank will work closely with agency founder Tom Nelson, who takes on the title Chief Creative Officer.
Simultaneously, Kate Cusick is being promoted to Partner/Director of Project Management, with increased responsibilities for account service and new business. She rejoined the agency last summer to lead the Cablevision assignment. Previously, Kate was Director of Brand and Integrated Marketing for Project (RED), and Omnicom’s SVP of Integration for the holding company’s Bank of America assignment. (She formerly worked at Gardner Nelson on Bank One from 2002-2004.)
"With these two leaders in these two new roles, Tom and I believe that our agency is well positioned to thrive," says agency president Steve Gardner. “We’ve added robust media and digital capabilities under Elaine Hall and Jesse Emery, and with strong leaders in creative and project management, we’re eager to continue our strong growth of the past three years.”
