Foundation‘s Senior Motion Designer, Kyle Shoup, has been promoted to Associate Creative Director. Shoup, most recently from Lift, joined the Foundation team in the Summer of 2010 with fellow Lift coworkers, Creative Director Curt Cooper, producer Lusia Boryczko and 3D/2D motion designer, Jesse Willis. “Kyle has been a tremendous asset to our team over the years.” Creative Director Curt Cooper remarks, “His creative fingerprint is evident in almost every project we produce.”
Kyle has honed his creative chops on a diverse range of projects from broadcast work for clients such as HBO, MTV, and SPEED Network to commissioned video installations, music videos, and video games. In 2007 his music video “Skin” for Death Cab For Cutie’s critically acclaimed “Directions” video series was nominated for a Grammy. Kyle received a BS is Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati, and has applied these talents across many facets of the design spectrum including identity/branding, environmental wayfinding, and motion design.
Kyle has great creative instincts. His sense of design is always current and great things can surely be expected of Shoup in his new role as Associate Creative Director.
