In celebration of SHOOT’s 50th Anniversary and commemorative anniversary issue that will be in readers’ hands during the first few days in December, SHOOT is planning an Anniversary Party on Thursday, December 16, on the Raleigh Studios Lot in Hollywood. SHOOT—with the support of its Party Gold Sponsors, Optimus, Raleigh Studios, Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Sony, OneatOptimus, and Silver Sponsors Company 3, Method and Beast—will host a party celebrating the past, present and future of the industry.
SHOOT Magazine’s November 30, 2010 “50th Anniversary” Issue takes a look back at 50 fabulous years, 1960 through 2010, providing context for an ever-evolving industry, examining where it has been, where it is and where it looks like it’s heading. SHOOT is the only publication that has been reporting on commercial production and postproduction for the duration, having evolved over the years to also cover production and postproduction of branded content, online video, film and television. SHOOT is now planning an Anniversary Party for creative, production and postproduction members of the commercial, branded content and entertainment industry to share in the celebration.
As a special thank you to the industry segments we have worked so closely with all these years, SHOOT is not going to charge a fee for the party. With the generous support of its party sponsors SHOOT will be treating guests to an evening of food, drink and mingling with longtime industry friends and colleagues, and the opportunity to make new industry connections. The party will be open ONLY to qualified members of the industry: Commercial, Branded Content & Entertainment Production & Post-Related company owners, executives & artisans (including directors, cinematographers, producers, editors & colorists), Advertising Agency Creatives & Producers, and Industry Association executives.
