Deluxe Digital Studios has become the first entertainment services company in the world to achieve the Content Delivery and Storage Association (CDSA) Content Protection and Security Standard certification at three of its home entertainment facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.
Deluxe Digital Studios’ headquarters in Burbank, CA, along with the Bangalore, India and London, England locations have successfully completed CDSA’s comprehensive content security auditing program.
“We believe our successful Content Protection and Security accreditations further differentiate Deluxe from our competitors in the post-production, authoring and digital services sectors. Deluxe strives to set the standard for excellence and innovation in content security,” said Joel Bigley, senior vice president of Deluxe Digital Studios’ Worldwide Operations and Business Execution. “CDSA has validated Deluxe’s world-class security practices, which provide even greater assurances to our customers that the security of their intellectual property is our highest priority.”
“Deluxe facilities worldwide benefit from our consistency of content security policies and procedures,” Bigley added. “When clients walk into a facility in Bangalore they will encounter exactly the same superior security disciplines as they would experience in London or Burbank. The CDSA program provides us with third-party confirmation of our consistent and stringent security standards, regardless of location.”
“Deluxe’s achievement of CDSA Content Protection and Security accreditation in these sites reflects its commitment to protecting the rights of major motion picture studios around the globe,” said Linda Dyson, worldwide director of CDSA’s Anti-Piracy and Compliance Programs. “Deluxe has demonstrated excellence in its content security approaches and execution through successful CPS accreditation. We are delighted that Deluxe Digital Studios, Inc. has made this global commitment.”

About CDSA’s Content Protection and Security Program
Through its ongoing research with renowned security practitioners, CDSA has pioneered the first internationally-accepted Content Protection and Security Standards Program for the industry. This structured and practical accreditation process assists organizations to systematically manage and address its security and piracy risks. The risk-based content security management standard and ongoing accreditation audit program focus on the security management of content โ in all of its forms – across the entire supply chain. The Content Protection and Security Standard is the result of over ten years of in-the-field development at over 100 sites worldwide. Supported by major content holders, including NBC Universal Pictures and Electronic Arts, CDSA’s Content Protection and Security Standards were developed by a worldwide consortium of anti-piracy and security experts to address the evolving needs of today’s physical and digital content delivery supply chains โ from content creation to post production, replication through distribution. The program helps organizations to establish, implement, monitor, maintain and improve entertainment media and content security management processes and better protect intellectual property and related assets.
