Mark Cadman joins Publicis as CEO of Publicis Seattle, reporting to Publicis USA Chairman and CEO Susan Giannino. Mr. Cadman was most recently CEO at Euro RSCG London. Publicis Seattle is a highly touted, creative and digitally integrated office in the Publicis Worldwide network. Bob Moore, Publicis USA Chief Creative Officer, has his home base in the Seattle office; and together, Mark and Bob will lead Publicis Seattle.
“Mark is the guy we’ve been looking for. The creative department in particular is thrilled to have Mark as our CEO, because he’s been a part of great campaigns his entire career. He will have an immediate impact in Seattle,” said Mr. Moore.
Mr. Cadman has been involved in award winning work for clients as diverse as Volvo, Tesco, Unilever (Hellmans and Sure), The Royal Opera House, Evian and Citroen. Campaign Magazine named Tesco ‘Advertiser of the Year’ in 2005, on the back of launching several high profile campaigns.

Under Mr. Cadman’s leadership, Euro RSCG enjoyed three consecutive years of growth to become the 5th biggest agency in the UK. In 2008 the agency was shortlisted for “Creative Agency of The Year” by Marketing Magazine on the back of significant new business wins and a vastly improved creative product. Prior to Euro RSCG, he was part of the management team at Lowe Lintas when they were named Campaign Magazine’s “Agency of The Year” and ultimately became the Managing Director of Lowe.
Mr. Cadman replaces Randy Browning who left the agency in March to pursue other career opportunities.
