Susan Treacy has joined Leo Burnett USA as its newest senior vice president/creative director. The advertising veteran and awarded creative joins the agency with 16 years experience of creating acclaimed traditional, digital and experiential work. In her new role, she’ll support the Hallmark business and other brands by leading creative initiatives and strategy.

Most recently, Treacy served as executive creative director at 22squared in Atlanta overseeing work for Caribou Coffee, Southeast Toyota and Florida’s Natural Orange Juice. She also helped pitch and win CBS Sports.com Fantasy Football and Red Brick Ale. Prior to this, Treacy worked at Fallon and TBWA/Chiat/Day, creating traditional and interactive work for various brands, including Nordstrom, BMW, KitchenAid, Adidas, Fox Sports, MTV and many others.

Treacy has been recognized internationally, garnering numerous industry awards from the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival, The One Show, New York Art Director’s Club, The Clios, Effies and others. Treacy is also a sought-after advertising critic, serving as a judge for The One Show, The Andy’s, The Athenas, New York Art Director’s Club, as well as instructing at the Miami Ad School.
