Jack Bradley, former New York EP of Singing Serpent Music, has opened up a new music/sound design facility named BlackBoard3. BB3 will be a resource for all original music and sound design projects across all media by utilizing a worldwide collection of composers, artists and engineers.
Having gone from freelance production to agency producer (Arnold – Boston) to music house EP back to production as EP at Nola Pictures, he brings this multi-disciplinary experience together at BB3. While at Singing Serpent, Jack worked on music and sound design projects with Arnold, BBDO, Deutsch, DDB, Grey, The Martin Agency, McCann-Erickson, mcgarry-bowen, Ogilvy, Publicis, and many others.
Working out of a Flatiron district studio at 18 west 21st street, BB3 will be partnering with award winning audio post-production company, Plush. Plush has six Tellys and an Emmy to their credit, as well as recently having worked with Elvis Costello and The Pixies. Examples of long-form work they’ve completed include a Grammy win for Martin Scorsese’s “Journey To the Blues,” as well as the recently completed “Earth” from Disney, releasing later in April of this year.
Also working out of the same space is the design/3D studio The String Theory, who has worked with Sony Music, Roger Waters and recently completed an animated promo for Pearl Jam’s re-release of “Ten.”
“BB3‘s mission allows me to combine my love of music and production experience through a partnership with a large collective of musicians” said Bradley.
