Asbury Communications, Inc., a boutique entertainment public relations and marketing agency since 1996, has launched a new talent management group, “Asbury: Talent.” The announcement was made by Asbury Communications founder/president Dan Harary, who will spearhead the new group.
The initial clients being repped by Asbury:Talent are VH-1 reality TV personality/supermodel/actress Amber Smith, fashion designer/health advocate (and former “Baywatch” cast member) Melissa Biggs, comic/writer/actress Jodi Miller, TV producer/actress Amber Dawn Lee, and horror film actress/automotive model Annmarie Lynn Gracey. Additionally, Asbury:Talent will also provide public relations services to relationship expert/author Dr. Ava Cadell, fitness author Jennifer Cohen, and internationally acclaimed illusionist Franz Harary.
Mr. Harary said, “This is the next logical evolution of our company. We have long been approached by a wide array of film and live theatre performers, reality TV stars, models, spokespeople, producers, authors, and even doctors, who are seeking expertise in such areas as coordinating projects with agents, arranging personal appearances, securing product endorsements, developing advertising, publicity and promotional campaigns, developing book deals, etc. Since our work over the past years has often been in tandem with those service areas anyway, we are now officially building a talent roster to further extend our client base.”
ABOUT AMBER SMITH:
An internationally recognized supermodel and actress for the past 25 years, today Amber Smith is perhaps even more recognizable as one of the top reality TV stars in America. Her participation in the VH-1 TV series “Celebrity Rehab” (2008) and its sequel “Sober House” (2009) has propelled her to a new
level of fame. This Fall, Amber will appear in a third such VH-1 reality program, currently in production.
Voted “One of the Sexiest Women in the World” by Maxim Magazine, Amber Smith has graced the covers of over 300 magazines worldwide, including Sports Illustrates, Playboy, Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and Maxim, to name some. As a high fashion model, Amber has walked the runway for Chanel, and has represented L’Oreal Cosmetics and Wonderbra in their national advertising campaigns. In 2006, Amber was chosen by Anheuser-Busch to be the celebrity spokesperson for their new product, “Michelob Ultra Amber” beer.
