Rob Sherlock, chief creative officer of Draftfcb Chicago, announced that the agency has further strengthened its creative leadership with the hiring of industry veterans Doug Behm and Jon Flannery as senior vice president, creative directors. Both will work on the agency’s KFC account and report to Sherlock.
For the past eight years, Behm has served as SVP, group creative director at Element79, focused on brands including Gatorade, Propel and Tropicana. Previously, he spent six years at FCB Chicago as a creative director working on Coors Light, Keystone, SCJ Oust, Kraft BBQ Sauce and Handi-Snacks, among others.
Flannery has dedicated the past 17 years to Chicago advertising, most recently as SVP, group creative director at Leo Burnett. He previously spent six years holding the same position at Element79, working on Gatorade, Propel Fitness Water, Tropicana, Quaker and Capital One.
“We are delighted to welcome Doug and Jon to our creative team,” said Sherlock. “They bring a wealth of expertise, having worked on some of the best advertising to come out of Chicago in recent years.
