An Ideal World, Orange County’s leading hybrid production studio has named Timothy Walsh as Executive Producer. Robb Hart, Founder and Visual Effects Pioneer, made the announcement.
Mr. Hart said, “We are very excited to add Tim to our team, and especially excited by the mix of talent he brings to the table. He has an excellent, and very versatile, production background, having written, managed and produced for a variety of clients across several platforms. Tim knows how to meet budgets, lead crews and take ideas from conception to completion. He knows how to get the job done well and he has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to catch and run with whatever is thrown at him. In his new position at An Ideal World, Walsh will be overseeing budget management; developing creative; leading production teams and working closely with the company’s impressive client roster. Walsh will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities.

ABOUT TIMOTHY WALSH / EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Beginning his career in his native England, Timothy Walsh has over seven years experience across the production spectrum. As a producer Walsh’s credits range from national broadcast commercials to episodic broadband TV. Clients and partnerships have ranged from SPEED Channel to Microsoft.
Walsh also draws his arsenal from experience writing creative copy for U.S clothing giant American Apparel, and as an independent production manager for dozens of national television broadcasts. He has coordinated planning, scheduling, crews, locations and talent for everything from thirty-second spots to half hour programming.
Timothy Walsh holds a BSc. Honors Degree in Television Technology and Production from the University of Central England, Birmingham.
Also joining the company is Executive Assistant, Jessica Gelber. Armed with a double major in Business Administration and TV/Broadcast Journalism from Chapman University, Ms. Gelber has already amassed experience in the commercial arena, working on spots for Yamaha and CHOC, to name just a couple. She brings a wide array of skills to the table including a passion for web design, editing, and a keen understanding of business.
