Simply Interactive, an interactive advertising and design firm, announced its merger with Leverage Marketing LLC this January, forming the only agency specializing in both internet marketing strategy and interactive web design in Austin, Texas.
Leverage Marketing focuses solely on ROAS (return on advertising spending), internet marketing, and lead generation. They specialize in Pay Per Click management utilizing Google Adwords, Yahoo and MSN, landing page optimization, and SEO services.

Austin entrepreneur Lewis Talbert was the primary architect of the merger. He has funded many firms over his 20-year history in Austin. Talbert sees the merger as a natural progression for both firms. He was the co-founder of Leverage Marketing in 2006, and acquired a majority interest in Simply Interactive in early 2007. Talbert says that many of the established advertising agencies have been slow to adapt to ROAS based Internet Marketing Strategies, the true future of advertising.
