Monica Perez has been promoted to creative director at Attik, San Francisco. She succeeds Simon Dixon, who returned to England to assume the creative reins of Attik’s U.K. offices in Huddersfield and London.
Perez joined Attik, New York, in 1997, acting as associate creative director of the company’s San Francisco studio since its ’99 launch. In recent months she has contributed to projects for numerous clients, including Microsoft, Ford, Nike, adidas, Columbia/TriStar Pictures, Levi Strauss, LucasArts, Experience Music Project, FOX Sports, Jose Cuervo, Jornada, Atlantis Resorts, Eidos Interactive, FX Channel, Sybase, FOX 8 Sydney, CNET and The Partnership for a Drug Free America, among others.
Prior to joining Attik, Perez was creative director, from ’94 to ’97, at American Showcase, New York, publishers of Archive magazine and photography and illustration source books for art directors and designers, including Klik Showcase Photography and Creative Options.
Attik also maintains a facility in Sydney, Australia.
