THE SPOTS
"Brag" (:30) opens with typography that states, "For those who hate to brag, a car that does the dirty work for you." The spot then features a Jaguar driving down a winding road, along with beauty shots of the automobile to a driving soundtrack. Two more :30s—"Guidance Counselor" and "5.4 Seconds"—feature similar scenarios. ("Your guidance counselor said you would never amount to anything. Your guidance counselor drives a minivan," and "0-60 in 5.4 seconds. Almost fast enough to wipe the grin off your face. Almost.") The ads end with the tag, "The art of performance."
Spots broke in April.
